With ceremony living in the heart of this work, each 2 hour healing session is held outdoors in a beautiful natural setting. Your healing will be held in a container of prayer, instruments + song, ritual, intention, breath, and energy work. We will work closely with nature throughout the ceremony.

You will receive Reiki and channeled messages while I connect to a higher dimensional awareness. Reiki is a form of energy healing that helps engage the body's natural healing processes and brings peace and relaxation.

I specifically focus my energy work into the 7 main chakras (energetic centres) along your spine, with the intention of healing and harmonizing the energetic flow in your body. We will meet areas that feel heavy or stagnant, and through ceremony, give them love and permission to flow more freely.

I started to receive profound messages during deep meditations at the end of 2024, and began connecting to spirit guides and a higher dimensional awareness from this seat of meditation.

The messages and insights I receive are very similar to those that I have received while sitting with plant medicine, and they are full of love, truth, and wisdom. Through these insights I have been learning to love myself more fully and trust that my path is unfolding in the most magical and divine way.

I was recently guided that these channeled messages are to be shared with others while I do energy work, so that I can bring these words of love and peace to those who are wanting to receive and heal.
